I found this post in chennai metblogs. It seems some people were offended that Shriya wore a revealing dress for the function. And hold your breath, it offended the tamil culture.

1. What is tamil culture?
2. Is it ok if the dresses are revealing in the movie? But if the same dress is worn in the public, for the awards ceremony of the same movie, it is against tamil culture?
3. If Shriyas dresses are revealing what about the costumes worn by people in that Thamizh Kolaignar TV dance program ‘Machaan mayilaada’ judged by Namitha?
4. What is Hindu Makkal Katchi? Is it run by ‘The Hindu’?

One thing is for sure. I dont know if Shriyas dress revealed anything. But the incident revealed the hypocrisy of many people

As expected the environ’mental’ists have started crying because the Tata 1 lakh car is out. Why should the 1 lakh car alone be banned? Why not ban all the cars?

I have a better suggestion. Let all the people who talk about global warming and environment, hold their breath for a day. World will be a cooler place.

1. Jodha Akbar music gets released.
2. Lots of celebrities attend the show.
3. All 5 songs from the movie are played to the audience.

This is what happened in Mumbai, yesterday. Now what do you expect when you read a report on this function? About the movie? Its music? No.

Yesterday I was watching this movie ‘Chathriyan’. Its a moive starring two of my favorites ‘Captain’ and Banupriya. But this movie got released before Captain became Gaptun. So there is no fun. On the contrary, it is a treat for all Banupriya fans. Do you like the song ‘maalayil Yaaro manadhoadu pesa’? It is one of my alltime favorites.

Has anyone travelled by Finn Air. Return trip to Amsterdam from Mumbai is 26700 Rs (Inclusive of all taxes)!! And thankfully the flight leave Mumbai at 9 in the morning, and reaches Amsterdam on same day by around 4 in the evening. Not bad at all!!

I will be traveling abroad shortly, for an onsite assignment. I have heard lots of stories about flight journeys, which make me bit worried. I tend to get bored soon, and am not very good at judging people. What am worried is about getting into a conversation with morons. If I get to know if the person sitting next to me is a moron, I would not talk to that person and maintain a dignified silence all through the journey or pretend to be asleep. Please help me by giving some tips on how to find if the person is a moron.

*If fast means not eating anything between 9 and 11.30 A.M. then I guess 90 % of the world fasts every day. Thank god, they didn’t say that the fast was between 10 PM and 6 AM.

*Some people might get irritated by the comparison of MK with Gandhi. But then, it might be Sonia or Rahul Gandhi And not Mahatma Gandhi. So be cool

*If people didnt come out of their house on their own, who broke the windows of hotels and commercial establishments? Is it like the hotel owners were renovating the windows and that was misinterpreted as breaking glass?

*Prakash Karat says that protesting is peoples right. Yeah right. What happened in Nandigram?

*Will MK find out the caste of the Supreme Court Judge and say, he is casteist?

*Why didn’t TASMAC participate in the Bandh?

*Why didn’t Kalaignar TV, Makkal TV employees etc participate in the Bandh? The channels could have stopped airing for the day no?

*In which law college did MK, Arcot Veerasamy, TR Balu etc study to talk about law?
