Aparna due to a compound reason. The compound consist of atleast the following three (at varying degree).

a) dust film makes the look of the car i.e. the brightness to dull. so the inherent cleanliness habit of a human makes to think sorry/bad about the dust and urges to clean (the degree of this thought and urge varies from person to person).

b) ego — why should i clean other’s car and what will others think if i clean someone’s car and worse what if the car owner say something bad if i clean (this goes hand in hand with the point a).

c) as a result of a & b let me be creative and mischievious and convey something and ofcourse kill my time by writing something on it.

2. Why do people sitting in the front seat of the car stretch their legs so much, thereby touching the gear? Its so annoying changing gears!
low clearance between the bucket seat and the floor makes people, especially taller people, to widen their legs which eventually touches the gear stick.
i regularly am one such passenger seat culprit.

just to inform those “good morning” wishers that their mail was only a moment ago, meaning i was very busy to read your email.
i usually dont get such mails nor have i sent such mails and hence am not a party of either end.

6. Why do people give running commentary while traveling, on where the train is? Once after starting and once before reaching is acceptable. But every 1 hour?
to show off their mobile phone and their capability/style to use mobile phone. people still have not come out of the awe of having mobile phones.
