Well, this race looked like a Masala movie. It had everything in it.

Tragedy - Kubica banging against the wall, and lying still in the car. It will take somedays for me to forget the images of Kubica lying sideways in the car. And the Helmet dropping low. But full marks to the safety measures in F1. He is safe now. Can’t imagine how his family would have felt, whilst watching this incident. Does anyone have the Youtube link of that accident?

Heroism - Lewis Hamilton for his wonderful drive and the ‘Aatha naan paas aagiten’ look at the end of the race. Well done Lewis. Thanks for putting that whining Spaniard in his place :) And a brilliant drive from Nick as well!

Comedy - Anthony Davidson waiting in the pits, whilst the pit crew were happily sitting inside without realizing that their driver was waiting outside.

Sentiment -What were Massa and Fisi thinking? They should have stopped the car after seeing Nick waiting patiently. Nikkaravan enna kenayana? No sympathy for these guys.

Action - Well, there was no dearth of action in this race right from the beginning. I wish F1 does a drunken driving test on most of the drivers. Especially on Alonso and Trulli. I have never seen someone banging into the wall during a safety car period. It was funny. And Sato overtaking Alonso was the sight of the race. Too good!

Suspense - Till the last few laps I didn’t know who was running in which position. Except for Lewis and Nick, everyone elses race was a lottery. Not to forget the brilliant drives from Webber, Wurz, Kovalan*.*

Finally, I feel the Safety car driver deserved some prize. Its not easy driving a safety car for so long. To his credit he didn’t run off the circuit or bang into the wall. Job, well done!

On the whole a thoroughly entertaining and eventful race. It was fun, except for the Kubica incident!
