and the stuff that he says he had to go through is simple ! Eat simple. More veggies. Less meat. Better dietary patterns…etc. Things that my mother told me ages back. looks like it works for all sizes !

But I scream during thunder in a powercut. Maybe tunnel gives same effect ? Not been in a tunnel for long..
