No one really knows who is at fault here. But I was surprised to see Air Deccan take CNN-IBN head on.

i hope CNN-IBN do something like this with BA

i have faced many times similar problems with them.

rather CNN-IBN will winge about a domestic service, they will not touch the traditional (just running on Brand name) flights.

I remember seeing CNN-IBN putting up a story of two wronged passengers.And one of them seemed pretty convincing.. Air Deccan hasnt clarified on that ?
But, air deccan being a pioneer in low cost airlines, proves to be an easy target for mud slinging… I think news channels need a scoop every fortnight… Konjam vitta thirutu dum adikaravangala kooda pudichi flash news la potruvanga…
