Lap 1 to 15
Good start from Kimi. The start wasn’t that electrifying when compared to the other races. But, this is the first race of the season. Lewis Hamilton really impressed with his opening manouvre, going past Alonso. Massa stuck behind backmarkers, and later behind Button and Rubens. I have never seen a boring driver than Button and a boring car than Honda. Good combination. Duh! And did you look at the Honda car? Don’t if you are eating something! Massa takes a very long time to get past Hondas. Too long!
Lap 16 to 30
Kimi comes in on Lap 18. Rejoins at 4. Pit lane speed reduced to 80 kmph(One more rule change, I missed yesterday). Alonso, who has been anonymous so far, stops on lap 22. Hamilton stops a lap later, and McLaren’s timing is just right. He retains his second place, and comes just ahead of FA and within 1/2 a lap opens up a 1.2 sec lead. Wow! They talk about Toyota, having their factory at Cologne. Yeah ok. But how many more years will it take for Toyota to be a faster car? Massa comes in for a 12 second pit stop. 1 stop strategy. Expected. Drive through penalty for Jenson Button. Ha ha
Lap 31 to 45
Renault looks like they lost their pace and Alonso put together. Fisi is the same. Wanting for speed. Kimi laps Massa. Kubica’s race over
This guy drives like a racer. Sad! Kovalainen does a 360 degree spin. Kimi into the pits on lap 41.
Lap 46 to 58
Alonso overtakes Lewis in the pits. McLaren’s team orders
Lewis slows down as well. Maybe the tyres aren’t good enough? Idiot DC. He almost took off Wurz. What an idiot? But that minor incident was spectacular, considering the nature of this dull race! Wurz cant hold off for long and retires! Kovalanein, goes off the track again.
4 more laps to go
Massa closes in on Fisi. You get to hear the engine revs of Massa’s Ferrari. Sensibly the commentary team keeps quiet. Superb! Massa might have been on the podium, leave alone overtaking Fisi, if he had got past the Hondas much earlier. What a pace for the Ferrari?
Early days to say anything, though the gap between Ferrari and others look flattering
But a boring race
Wish they showed more of Kimi’s Ferrari than that of Massa’s!
Job well done, Kimi! May you be the champion this year

Great running commentary…was it one? or i missed the multiple updates? Still nice. Hope you do this for everyrace.
And Kimi finally got a car that doesnt blow up. :p
I’m still a dark horse Mclaren fan…so watch out…Alonso and oh so good Hamilton is coming to kick yar Ferari ass…
BTW… The Honda car was supposed to be a green can with no sponsor tickers because they want to send a message that F1 is an all bloated rich mans sport that doesnt give a damn to the environment or the normal people for that matter. Thats all…pardon the puke green.

With the announcement on 26 February that Honda F1 will run with a “new” Earth livery on their RA107 car, it will also be the first time since 1968, when sponsorship in the sport became widespread, that a team may run sponsor-free for an entire season.
“This was in part due to Honda’s apparent unsuccessful attempts to obtain a title sponsor”.

Nice to see flying Kimi
Luckily for this finn , (Unlike Mika), has a good car. I firmly believe that Mclaren spoiled the racing career of Mika
