You are waiting to cross a busy road. There is no pedestrian crossing. The traffic is pretty high. Finally, the road is relatively empty except for an auto rickshaw. You are waiting for the rickshaw to pass you. But just when you come forward, the rickshaw stops right in front of you. The driver looks at your inquiringly. You say no, and try to cross the road again. By this time, traffic is heavy again

i ve been thru similar instances…. i usually walk to the nearest policeman and i d stand near him and give him a “me paavum” face, till he stops the vehicles and lets me cross the road…. try t out sometime…..

oops… crossing a road is the most difficult thing in blore… and I am very bad at it.. there have been instances where I ve stood in the middle of the road moving to and fro so that the vehicles don hit me…

Life is cruel??Has happened many times to me..the worst part is it happens here at Michigan when it is as cold as -7.I get down from the bus to cross the road. I wait till all the cars pass by. When I step forward to cross after the last car, it slows down near me and turns right into the street crossing me. Finally I get ready to cross, the traffic signal is green and more cars started coming.It is horrible!!!!

I used to HATE it (still do) when autos stopped me from crossing the road or getting on a bus. If I wanted an auto, I would have waved him down, wouldnt I? VERY irritating
