The hotel where I am staying in Tromso, is Hotel Nord. They charge around 400 Norwegian Kroner per day. A very basic room. No attached bath. No water to drink. You need to pay 20 Krones for water. 15 for coffee and 25 for breakfast. No TV in room. There is one at the common hall, in which some 3 norwegian channels come. In front office the person is available only from 07.30 to 14.30. Irony is, they have free Wifi!!!
