The Mumbai cop who raped a minor girl has been sentenced to 12 years by the court. 12 years is too less for this crime!
And there is no news on the call centre incident that happened in bangalore, sometime in early december. Wish that fellow is sentenced to death!
I don’t think years or death can make any difference.
Those found guilty should..
1)Either be castrated..
or
2)Be changed to a woman.
Should live life and see how painful it is.. Death is a easy penalty..
thts where i believe ur rong, this case will go to the appeals court, sessions court, then high court then finally supreme court,
sessions court 3 yrs
high court 6 yrs
supreme court 8 yrs
if he goes into appeal then he spends almost 17 yrs in prision plus the sentence period, whch is another 12 yrs so totally 28 yrs in jail
rremember dhananjoy chaterjee, who spend 16 yrs in jail before being sentenced ot death by supreme court? 16 yrs were spent in appealin

i do agree with the above comment. death is never a solution to anything, its an escape.
serving a long sentance is more of a mental harassment as well as an example than a death where the person dies and is forgotten. and if u really want to take it deep enuf, who know if death ever is painful, maybe it the starting of a new beginning!!
If death sentence is given to rape, then the person who rapes would as well murder the victim as the punishment is same and the chances of the rape being reported is much lesser when the victim is dead

I think the best punishment for a rapist is to remove his genitals so that he cannot do it again for the rest of his life after a 12 year prison life.
Ok. All those who feel, the rapists genitals must be removed. What if tomorrow, someone comes up with a new treatment/technique by which they can be reinstated? Jail them in a separate chamber for some years and then kill them!

If you can directly help the victim, do it! If you can directly do sth about the Court orders, do it! All others is a waste of time!

I agree with ada paavi…Yeah..before the criminal or rather tat rogue is convicted, he gets to stay for years in the prison..But the sad thing is he is enjoying all the comfort in prison at our very own expense…

If incase there is some treatment like tat, then go ahead with bajju’s idea..The thot in itself will kill them..Then Jail them for years..Kill them or stone them to death..Leave the last to the public or to the victim
Hmmm.. lets see if there can be a punishment with a difference. How about this? Banish all rapists to a distant island where only they would be present and no one else. No females for them to appease their horny urges. They would satisfy each other and realise what a pain it is to undergo a rape! Let them die an unknown death. The world could do with less of those b*st*rds.
