yes, it is the same one. many tourism spots around mysore are located on or near the banks of kaveri. one of the lesser known spots is triveni sangam. if you proceed straight on the road from dariya daulat (tipu’s summer palace) and cross the maqbara, you will reach this nice place where kaveri and one of its tributaries, lokapavani, meet. it is called triveni sangam because the 3rd tributary, kapila a.k.a kabini, meets the lokapavani well upstream. it is a nice and a serene place. infact, if u go there in september-october when the rivers are full, it is an amazing site. i will post a small piece abt it on my blog and you can check it at that time.
Konica color Films, Kodak Film Role available - Aaha…20th century fox films presents range la pottu film la role irukku nnu solraanga pola irukku. poi chance kaekkardhu dhaane?
Extremely sorry to criticise this post of yours. What strikes you the moment you see the snap is the picture of the Konica filmroll, the caption with the words ‘Kodak’ and ‘Role’. It sure brings a smile to every face. But trust me, if the guy was educated enough to create perfect advertisements for himself (his shop), wouldnt he be working in the creativity industry. Or who knows, he could probably be sitting next to me or you doing s/w development!!!!
I dont see this as funny. Instead, I see a person who is earning and slogging himself out instead of just begging at those tourist spots. Sorry again for being such a bad sport here.
Balaji,
Yeah. Poor guy. He was at some remote corner selling water bottles and fanta. That was a better business i guess!
