This is TOI, Saar… Take a look at http://www.hinduonnet.com/ and http://www.deccanherald.com … and http://www.expressindia.com/ … all these seem to be doing their PRESS job more seriously… The single reason why I stopped TOI at my home and switched to HINDU.

It is high time we should stop comparing ToI with papers like Hindu, Indian Express. There is a difference between Paparazzi and Serious press and no doubts about which one ToI belongs to.
the online version of the newspaper has city links that publish news from major cities.u dont find chennai there.check this out http://www.timesofindia.com
