I am actually trying to think - what could have been the motive? I do not think anybody would have even thought of such an event happening. What is more appalling is that the Intelligence will start claiming now that they had information on such a terrorist attack being planned. And they will do all sorts of deduction... but of what use is all anyways? Can they try and prevent any such terror activities from happening? The movie "Minority Report" had kinda potrayed a governance where an occult science was being used to prevent crime. Let us keep occult science away. Lets say Intelligence itself is that good. Then why not go a step further and prevent crime as far as possible...?? I doubt if eminent professors would travel to India to give talks, speeches and participate in conferences.
