I agree with this article. I fail to understand where Ballack will fit in Jose’s jigsaw puzzle. The midfield already consists of Lampard, Essien and Makalele. What will Ballack do? I dont think, Jose can afford to keep any of these 4 on bench! And there is this promising Diarra waiting in the wings!
Actually I would like to see Ballack join Man U. Now that there is no Keane, Ballack will be a good choice. Ballack holding the midfield with Rooney in the front, should be a sight to watch

hmm..as it happens always..lots of rumours about Ballack joining Manu first and then Chelsea now.Looks like Real Madrid is also trying to get him(or Roy keane).Assuming all the above to be true.Manu is a place where he shouldn’t worry about playing in the first team, in the other two clubs he needs to fight for his place. But it will be difficult for him to refuse an offer from Chelsea.Ballack with Rooney,Ruud combo will be lethal.BTW though Rooney missed a couple of easy chances, he was excellent and commited in last week’s match.
Oh yes. I was really impressed with Rooney. And best thing is off late, he seems to be controlling his temper and thats working wonders. I still remember the goal he scored last season from 25 yards or so. Was it against newcastle? That was a deadly one with full pace!!
Beckham is fully backing for Roy Keane to be pulled in to Real..so that the duo can relive their golden ManU days!
Sir Alex Ferguson has commented that Ballack is not in his list.
But I wonder where he will fit Chelsea which is already cramped. Even the class of Arjen Robben could not earn him regular furst team place.
Same with Real Madrid. No place though one will be vacant when Zidane retires next year.
I want Ballack to go to ManU. But I guess I have hope in hell only.
Arun,
That will be a sight to watch
Vijai,
Maybe Sir Alex doesnt want to commit as of now
