Supreme Court had said that the disqualification of Bihar Assembly some months back by Bhuta Singh as unconstituional.

And you know what Hindu Editorial says?
“It is clear that the ways of Governor Buta Singh, the clumsy manner in which the dissolution was effected, and the timing smacked of gross impropriety. Nevertheless, the objective situation in Bihar provided no alternative to dissolution”

This was the best!

If that is right, and that is the case then whats the ideal solution? Dissolution of the assembly right? Then why does the supreme court term it as unconstitutional?

Agreed that Supreme Court didnt stop the elections. Because it is too late now, and will cause all the problems in Bihar, than whats happening at present!

Hilarious Editorial!! Shameless UPA, and shameless ‘The Hindu’. Anyone with common sense can understand what the Supreme Court means, when it says ‘the dissolution of the assembly was unconstitutional ‘.
