Night 9 PM: Dinner of meLagu kozhambu, sutta appaLam and rice
Tuesday
Morning 6.30 AM: No headache, cold or fever. Poaye poachu

By the way, im having the same conditions here, but i dont think any amount of melagu kolambu, rasam or anything can cure me, the freaking haze is everywhere and we have a visibility range of 2 km.

gp shud take 1/24 brandy, with hot water, and lace it with kurumilagu powder - could be an alternative for milagurasam

Try Melagu rasam, the ultimate remedy for nasal block. (Try drinking it, and not as rasam saadham)
