Mercedez Bull ?

I saw this vehicle, and more importantly the painting.
These are the things that struck me

1. The Bull reminded me of the Basketball club Chicago Bulls.
2. It has been converted to a Hindu :-D
3. It is on drugs :-(
4. It has become the Mascot for Mercedez Benz
